A Qualified Candidate:

• Is comfortable setting up and operating the type of CNC machinery on our equipment list page

• Is able to inspect whatever he or she produces using standard machine shop measuring tools

• Is able to read and interpret blue prints

• Is able to program in either Mastercam or CAPS

• Is able to optimize jobs for efficiency and productivity

• Possesses excellent visualization skills

• Possesses a solid understanding of Feeds and Speeds and how to apply them

• Is willing and able to train others

• Is reliable and punctual
